Derek O'Brien of TMC tests positive for Covid-19 with moderate symptoms and will be sent in home isolation.

Derek O'Brien, a member of the TMC, has been found to be positive for Covid-19. He said on Twitter that his symptoms were moderate and that he was in home isolation.

TMC MP Derek O'Brien self-isolated himself later BJP MP Dushyant Singh, who sat next to him in Parliament, uncovered that he went to a party by singer Kanika Kapoor, who has tried positive for COVID-19. 

Singh and his mom, previous Rajasthan chief minister priest Vasundhara Raje, have gone into self-quarantine subsequent to going to Kapoor's party in Lucknow, Raje tweeted on Friday.

This government is placing all of us in danger. The Prime Minister advises self-isolation, but Parliament is in session. I sat next to Dushyant for 2.5 hours the other day. 

There are two more MPs who have gone into self-exile. When word of Singh's death came, the TMC MP suggested the session should be postponed.
